The Fátima residence is located in a quiet area, overlooking the Aire and Candeeiros Mountain Range, providing a peaceful and natural environment, 4km away from the Sanctuary of Fátima.
This unit offers 105 beds in the senior residence and 15 continuing care beds for convalescence.

SER – Senior Exclusive Residences provides the following services and amenities in its units:
- Accommodation in single, double or triple rooms. Private or shared sanitary facilities (double and triple rooms) with accessible shower and grab bars

Complementary Services
Complementary services are not included in the monthly fee. Some services may be provided outside the premises of the residence. In the specific case of complementary therapies, they are always performed with prior medical approval.
