SER Amares Caldelas is a senior residence with capacity for 60 residents, located next to the thermal area of Caldelas and close to the city of Braga. It has modern and functional facilities with access to a large outdoor area for the exclusive use of its residents.

Basic Services
SER – Senior Exclusive Residences provides the following services and amenities in its units:
- Accommodation in single, double or triple rooms. Private or shared sanitary facilities (double and triple rooms) with accessible shower and grab bars
- Meals
- Activities of daily living (operational assistance)
- Medical support
- Nursing
- Social support
- Sociocultural animation
- Laundry service
- Spiritual and religious assistance, where applicable
Complementary Services
Complementary services are not included in the monthly fee. Some services may be provided outside the premises of the residence. In the specific case of complementary therapies, they are always performed with prior medical approval.
